well seeing as nobodies answering i will. i havent been in your situation, but my friend has. basically, you shud rest em for bout a month? then... do exercises, gradually strengthen and build up both, eg, calf raises, squats, 1 legged squats and skipping, constantly do Plantar arch stretches and anterior arch stretches and basically slow wateva ur doing down. i dont no if u still got prblems but i hope this helps :)
