Alias: One-handed Raiz
Description: Raiz variation where the person plants one hand on the ground before take off. The move is started in the same manner as the capoeira meia lua compasso. Once the hand is planted on the ground the kicking leg is extended you push off the ground and finish the maneuver like a raiz.
