Type of Trick: Kick / Spin
Aliases: skip hook, {swing360hook}
Description: The nickname given to the first swing kick. Using a swing takeoff (like a gainer), the performer jumps onto his "inside" leg, spinning 180 degrees in air and upon landing executes an outside kick such as a hook or crescent kick with the other leg. An additional 180 spin may be added after the kick (post landing) to return to stance.
History: The opposite of a tornado kick.
