Tricks which require a solid Swingthru Feilong: Flik Flak
Description: This move is the prerequisit to a shaolin cross.
The peformer runs into a swingthru, turns 180 degrees and throws an outside crescent followed by an inwards crescent or round kick. The performer should land on the leg that threw the initial outside crescent.
