Bio: Heyy, I'm Heather Kronstadt!  I've been studying Kenpo at Action Karate for about 6 years now.  I've just begun to compete in national tournaments.  My favorite division is traditional open hand.  I haven't quite exploded into tricking, but I'd love to learn more and begin to trick alot!!  I'm always excited to learn more!
