As an amateur tricker, progress is slow and my body still is not up to tricking. Aerials and btwists are the two easiest moves for me, kick moves like 540 increase in difficulty with lack of workouts. I have crashed a good double leg once, but promptly lost it--I had some though that first time that I lost, something that I couldn't pick back up afterwards. Never got close again.
Overall though, I make massive progress when I truly get into things. But that much is rare, so I doubt I'll ever be any good. Oh well, the journey is fun, and I'm getting a lot out of it regardless.
