Description: Bad video of me today. My body is so weak and everything I did was sketchy. But my foot is basically good again. I can't tumble yet, but other than that I can do pretty much whatever.

It's good practice for form and whatnot. :P And getting over fear of new tricks. Trampoline is one step above gym/spring floor, which is one step above solid ground/grass. Plus, if you're injured and doing anything on the ground hurts, the tramp is the only solution.
