first off on the dip you need to DIP you're swining across and concentrating so hard on the twist that it loses its fludity.
secondly you're bending your legs (as Ichirou said), alot of your power comes from the push of the dip, and the actually opening to the bkick (the initial kick upwards) neither of which you are utilizing.
now i'm not saying it's bad, it's a btwist, it's just you're not following your basics, the bkick.
